NOTE TO THE PARENTS
For the smooth and effective functioning of our systems, the Management has framed a few rules and regulations to be adhered. Adhering the rules will ensure effective education for your children.
1. Parents should ensure that their ward re-joins school on the scheduled re-opening days after holidays.
2. Students should not wear costly / Gold ornaments to school.
3. Students should be regular and punctual to school.
4. Students are expected to handle the school properties with care.
5. In case of emergency, parents may meet the teacher concerned with prior permission from the Principal/H.M
6. Change of address should be intimated to the class teacher / school.
7. Parents are required to respond to the invitations sent by the school.
8. All the circulars received from class teachers / HM’s should be duly acknowledged.
9. All the particulars in the Diary should be filled in.
10. Parents are expected to sign the Diary every day.
11. Parents are requested to practice spoken English at home too, to achieve the desired effects.
12. Above all, parents are requested to watch and grade the academic progress of their wards regularly.
School being regarded as the "Temple of learning" parents are expected to give due Respect to all the Teachers' thereby setting an apt example for their wards to follow. Similarly, if they wish to voice their grievances, they are free to do so by contacting the authorities concerned either on prior appointment or by sending in their grievances in writing.
Home Work Particulars
1. Every assignment has to be completed regularly.
2.Parents should see must complete their homework systematically.
3. If a student is a defaulter for more than 3 times, he/she will be summoned for an enquiry by the Academic Committee.
Rules Regarding Transport
1. Parents of the students, who are availing the school transport facility are requested to pay the fee for the FULL YEAR in Three instalments and only by cash. Cheque and D.D. will not be accepted.
2.The transport fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.The fee has to be paid and the receipt should be produced to the clerk / transport in-charge, well before utilizing the school transportation service.
4. The students should board only the specific means of transport provided. They should not board any of the means of the school transport which passes by the same route.
5.Parents are requested to stick on to their pick-up points are no permissible.
6.Transport facility can be utilized only for the whole year. Parents are requested not to opt for short period-one month/3 months etc., and also this is only two way facility.
7. Parents of the students who are studying in classes below standard VI are requested to be at the boarding point when their wards, board in and alight the School Transport.
8. If there are inconveniences faced by the students inside the bus, those should be reported directly to the Principal, in person alternatively parents can call and voice their grievances.
9.Misbehavior and indiscipline of the students inside the van will lead to disciplinary action.
10. Parents those who are allowing transport facility if any change their houses the conveyance facility will not be provided for them at the new address.
